The Prenatal Guidance Session is a private, one-on-one consultation designed to help you understand your options, organize your priorities and make more informed decisions about your care and your baby's birth.

Birth preferences
What matters to you during labor, birth and the first hours with your baby — and how to discuss those preferences clearly with your healthcare provider.

My goal is not to make decisions for you or replace your medical provider.
I help you understand the information you have been given, identify the questions you still need answered and explore the options available to you, so you can have more productive conversations with your healthcare team and make decisions you feel comfortable with.
With almost a decade of experience supporting births in the Dominican Republic and more than 400 births accompanied, I can also provide practical insight into how maternity care works locally and what you may realistically encounter when giving birth here.

The consultation is held online, so you can schedule it whether you are already in the Dominican Republic or still planning your trip.
